Crystal Clear Music Videos Level-2

Music videos in Level-2 are of normal duration (About 10 minutes).

After seeing few normal music videos, you will surely feel relaxed. If not, then you must try Level-1 music videos.

Level-2 music videos have serial numbers. We have arranged such that you slowly go up in your mood. So do not jump sequence. In case you have to leave site, come back at leisure and continue from same music video.

While listening, kindly close your eyes slowly. Just listen the music as if it is coming from within your body. Practice this many times a day.

When your music video ends, please do not be in a hurry to start another video. Instead, try to remain in silence as much as you can. When you feel boring, then open your eyes and start another music video in sequence. We suggest to listen after taking lunch or dinner. Also listen before going to sleep. Music helps in digestion and also for getting deep sleep.

For most people, Level-1 and Level-2 are enough for relaxing. If you know meditation, or plan to learn meditation, then try Level-3.

While listening music, kindly close your eyes as long as possible.

Hence we do not show video length or how much video is remaining. Even full screen facility is not provided. When you do not have such options, you are more likely to keep your eyes closed for longer time.

Music video is meant to induce relaxation. If you keep seeing video, deep relaxation will not happen.
